It all started 27 years ago. I was member of the AAC club in Holland
http://www.amerikaanseautomobielclub.nl
and they liked my car so much, that they ask me for a article and pictures
in their club magazine.
After they published the article, another member from Holland contact me to tell me that he owns the same car ,but a left hand drive and a convertible model. The car had just completed a two year expensive restoration. He bought the car in rusty condition from a antique car dealer in Holland. We have been in contact ever since and he recently sold the car to me. I owned my 1937 Chrysler De Luxe for ten years. It was built in the U.K. and was right hand drive. Only 73 of these cars were built in 1937. I kept all my cars in a dry air conditioned garage. 1937 was the first year for metallic paints by Chrysler. Bruno Costers

The car as found by an antique car dealer in Holland end 70's by previous owner. The car was missing only a few parts, like front bumper (picture 01) glove box door (picture 05) As you can see the Chrysler has a original American Bosch radio. |

Under the hood, on the left side you can still see that the Germans
confiscate the Chrysler during World War 2. There number is still visible.
It would be nice if someone could tell us more details on who drove this
car during the war.
I still have the original French lice plate number 74-AD-68 |

The car is ready to enter the ERU-MICHELIN RALLY held between May 2 1987 and May 10 1987, between Estoril (Portugal) and Noordwijk aan zee (Holland), almost 2750 km (1700 Miles) |
